Data Deletion Request

Your Right to Data Deletion

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from SeoX. This includes data collected directly by SeoX and any data obtained through third-party integrations (such as Facebook/Meta, Google, etc.).

What Data We Delete

  • Your account information (name, email, company details)
  • All websites and their associated data (audits, articles, keywords, analytics)
  • OAuth connections and access tokens (Google, Meta, WordPress)
  • AI-generated content and activity logs
  • Billing and subscription records (where not required by law)

How to Request Deletion

Option 1: From your account settings

If you have an active account, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account to initiate deletion directly.

Option 2: By email

Send a deletion request to contact@seox.ro with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Facebook / Meta Integration

If you connected your Facebook or Meta account to SeoX, disconnecting will revoke our access. To also remove any data obtained via Meta, include this in your deletion request email. You can also revoke SeoX's access directly from your Facebook App Settings.

Data We Cannot Delete

Certain data may be retained as required by law (e.g., financial records for tax purposes) or anonymized for aggregate analytics. We will inform you of any such exceptions in our response to your request.
