1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SeoX ("the Platform") at app.seox.ro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

SeoX is an AI-powered SEO and content marketing platform that helps businesses automate content generation, publish to WordPress, and manage digital marketing integrations (Google, Meta, etc.).

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Generate spam, misleading, or illegal content
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the platform
  • Resell or sublicense access without written permission

5. Third-Party Integrations

When connecting third-party services (Google, Meta, WordPress), you authorize SeoX to access and use data from those services on your behalf, subject to the respective platform's terms. You are responsible for compliance with those third-party terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by SeoX's AI features is provided as-is. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing AI-generated content. SeoX does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Subscription and Billing

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.

8. Limitation of Liability

SeoX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
